High Desert Consulting Inc., has a proven record with green build projects and those that qualify for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.
From our environmentally friendly use of biodegradable storm water control measures and natural materials for holistic storm water management to our published documents such as the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP).  High Desert Consulting Inc., makes every attempt to maintain a low environmental impact.

Are you building in a subdivision or have multiple construction sites?

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires builders, no matter what the size of their build to be covered by National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit.  This includes all construction in a subdivision area, communities, cities, towns, villages, and rural sites that were divided for sale or have a common plan. High Desert Consulting Inc., offers builders a GROUP DISCOUNT if multiple projects are located in a common area.  Thru the EPA regulations, they allow multiple builders such as those in a subdivision the option to share one SWPPP, dramatically lowering the cost to builders, but each build site must be individually permitted.  To find out more about our group build discounts, contact us!
