High Desert Consulting, Inc. provides National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Construction General Permit (CGP) compliance services for large, small, commercial, or residential projects within EPA Region 6. Our services provide operators with a complete, prompt, and detailed program that includes NPDES CGP Application, SWPPP/SCP preparation, Environmental Protection Plans, amending existing SWPPP/SCPs to include new projects, establishing regular SWPPP inspections, Waiver applications, and installing and maintaining required control measures. High Desert Consulting, Inc. is an affordable source for operator to obtain SWPPP/SCPs for their projects. We maintain a very low overhead so our clients receive the best service available without the inflated costs of the "large consulting firms" or hiring a fulltime staffer to maintain compliance. Our services offer complete NPDES General Permit compliance and control measure installation. We use environmentally friendly control measures whenever possible. The staff of High Desert Consulting Inc. has over 20 years of combined experience in environmental compliance including Hazardous Materials Management, Disposal, Handling, & Remediation, Storm Water Management, Environmental Compliance for Landfills, Cultural Resources Surveys, Hazardous , NEPA, NAGPRA, Ground & Surface Water Investigations, and NAPL Remediation. Our staff is OSHA Hazardous Material Site Supervisor trained and knows how to deal with environmental issues related to construction.
